JTS Tree Expert was founded by Jose M. Soto, and the company is still devoted to protecting trees as part of the Bay Area's natural environment. When a healthy tree is becoming a risk to cables or other structures, we look for ways to save it, such as cabling, before suggesting removal.

JTS did an outstanding job removing a huge redwood tree, the stump, and the roots from my backyard. The tree was attached to my neighbor's property and JTS's team was able to take it down without making any damage. We got estimates from five [arborists] and JTS's was by far the most competitive. Furthermore, the only way to access my backyard is through my house, and JTS has a small machine to remove the stump and the roots that could go through a normal door. Jose himself is very creative and gave me some good ideas on how to use some pieces of the tree to make a table, chairs, and plant racks. After the job was done, JTS's team thoroughly cleaned my backyard and my house. Jose and his entire team of five people were fun, polite, and a pleasure to have around. I highly recommend them and would hire them again in a heartbeat.
I had the JTS team trim some overgrown trees creeping into my yard from the neighbors. They also removed a stump and a locate tree. Lastly they cleared out a bunch of overgrown foilage. Great job! They know their trees and were thorough in their work. Competitive price and very responsive.
